Focused

Our intentional focus is on businesses with between $3.0M and $15.0M in EBITDA where our impact can be the most powerful. Ideal businesses include: providers of "mission critical" commercial and industrial services; operators in fragmented industries; scalable asset light business models. When appropriate, smaller businesses that may serve as a platform for acquisitions and green field growth are considered.

Our Investment Approach

  • Our investments generally represent a 25-75% equity interest in the enterprise.
  • Most investments mature within a 10 year horizon although we are comfortable with investment horizons well beyond 10 years.
  • We typically exit investments through sales of our interests to traditional Private Equity firms, sales to enterprise partners or leveraged recapitalizations.

Our Capital

Our capital is provided by our Managing Partners and other investors seeking long term appreciation with the knowledge that responsible development of small enterprise drives our economy, creates jobs and empowers people.
